I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone who was involved in this year’s pantomime ‘Cinderella with a Twist’. Everyone who worked on the stage as well as off it worked so hard to make the show a resounding success.
Lots of people have told me how much they enjoyed the show and I believe the level of any production is down to the amount of hard work that goes into it – this year is no exception. I am truly blessed to work with a wonderful team of so many talented people and enthusiastic children.
Sadly two key members of ‘the team’, Brian & Audrey Wood have decided to retire from their involvement with the Stage Society and I would like to thank them most sincerely for their commitment and dedication during the 60 years that they have been involved, their contribution has been paramount to the to the Stage Society’s success and on behalf of all of us, we wish then God’s Blessings in their future plans.
My belated apologies must go to Junior Church, uniformed organisations, groups, clubs that use the church and all other church members, for any inconvenience our rehearsals and temporary costume storage arrangements may have caused leading up and during performance weeks – your patience and tolerance levels are greatly appreciated.
Finally, thank you to all the members of the audience who came along to the performances and gave us their support.
Paul A. Denney
