Seedfield Methodist is a lively, Evangelical Church of around 200 members. We have many worship, youth and social activities which provide for people of all ages. SERVICE TIMES
Every 1st and 3rd Sunday in the month at 9.30 & 11 am. Every 2nd, 4th and 5th Sunday in the month at 11 am.

PRAYER MEETING
Every 2nd & 4th Sunday in the month at 10 am in the Church. (4th Sunday starts with a  breakfast at 9.30am)

TODDLERS REQUEST.
The toddler groups are in need of help, especially in the kitchen. This entails supplying the mums/toddlers with toast and a drink. It will take roughly 1 hour on Monday and Wednesday morning
10-11am. The Wednesday morning one is the more urgent as we are about to lose Brian & Audrey as they prepare to move away. If you feel you can help out then please see Sherryl Harrison who can answer any questions you may have.

BURY C OF E HIGH SCHOOL
We are pleased to announce that the school have been made a
‘International Cross Of Nails School’ in recognition of the work it does to; heal the wounds of history, learning to live with difference and building a culture of peace.

BOOKING THE BUILDING
Please remember that all events taking place in the church building must be checked and booked in advance with Sherryl Harrison. This applies equally to church and non - church organisations/groups.
For information the church hall is currently booked at weekends at the following times:
Saturdays 10.30am to 12.30pm.  FOR THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE
Sundays 1.30pm to 4.30pm.         FOR THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE
Also note that for the months April to August inclusive the hall will not be used by table tennis and is therefore available for use.

MINISTER FROM SEPTEMBER 2019
We have been given a match with David Somerville as our Minister ( and Holcombe Brook’s) from next September 2019. David is currently a Minister in the Crosby Circuit and very much looking forward to joining us. He and his wife Alison will be living in the Seedfield manse on the Drive. - Praise God for answered prayer.

BAGWELL’S FURLOUGH VISIT TO BURY
Steve Rosalind and Laura Bagwell, who work with Wycliffe Bible Translators and their partner organisation JAARS in N. Carolina, are due to visit Bury later this month. They arrive on 20th March and leave on 25th April. during this time they will hopefully take part in a Sunday service at Seedfield but they will also be available to visit groups within the church to share about the work they do and for fellowship.
