Seedfield Mission Statement

Seedfield Methodist is a lively, Evangelical Church of around 200 members. We have many worship, youth and social activities which provide for people of all ages. SERVICE TIMES
Every 1st and 3rd Sunday in the month at 9.30 & 11 am. Every 2nd, 4th and 5th Sunday in the month at 11 am.

PRAYER MEETING
Every 2nd & 4th Sunday in the month at 10 am in the Church. (4th Sunday starts with a  breakfast at 9.30am)

BOOKING THE BUILDING
Please remember that all events taking place in the church building must be checked and booked in advance with Sherryl Harrison. This applies equally to church and non - church organisations/groups.
For information the church hall is currently booked at weekends at the following times:
Saturdays 10.30am to 12.30pm.
FOR THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE
Sundays 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
FOR THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE
Also note that for the months April to August inclusive the hall will not be used by table tennis and is therefore available for use.

MINISTER FROM SEPTEMBER 2019
We have been given a match with David Somerville as our Minister ( and Holcombe Brook’s) from next September 2019. David is currently a Minister in the Crosby Circuit and very much looking forward to joining us. He and his wife Alison will be living in the Seedfield manse on the Drive. - Praise God for answered prayer.

CHRISTIAN FILM 'BREAKTHROUGH' COMING TO BURY
This is a film for the 60''s + and its a one-off showing at the Vue Cinema on Thursday 27th June at 1 pm. We are encouraged to attend if possible as its very rare for cinemas to show Christioan films these days and a good attendance might encourage them to show mor in the future.

SHARON'S LAST SEEDFIELD SERVICE
Sharon’s last services at Seedfield will be on Sunday 7th July. There will be a faith lunch and presentation for Sharon after the 11.00am service. This is for the whole Seedfield family. Volunteers are needed to set up the hall, present food and drinks etc on the day.
Please pass your name on to Cath Hulbert.

LEAVING GIFT FOR SHARON
W will present Sharon with a laving gift on 7th July. People are invited to make donations towards this gift. Please give any money to the stewards on duty by Sunday 23rd June.
